Customers who create an account with NotYourMamasKnives.com automatically get enrolled in the Not Your Mamas Knives Loyalty program. Not Your Mamas Knives has the right to award loyalty discounts to shoppers based on their purchases and calculations based on Not Your Mamas Knives's evaluation. The Not Your Mamas Knives Loyalty program is offered only to shoppers who are 18 years or older and remain subscribed to Not Your Mamas Knives's offers and discounts e-mail communications. Membership awarding & redemption of loyalty discount & other details will be the sole discretion of Not Your Mamas Knives The Not Your Mamas Knives Loyalty program & all its primary components including loyalty discounts, merchandise & policies are decided & implemented at the sole discretion of Not Your Mamas Knives The above list is not exhaustive & can be modified by Not Your Mamas Knives as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Loyalty program participants as individuals or groups.

Duration of the Program & Account Termination

The Not Your Mamas Knives Loyalty program was launched on June 1st 2010. For each individual customer it begins with their first order as a registered account holder. The program will continue till the time Not Your Mamas Knives will run the program. Not Your Mamas Knives has the sole authority to dissolve the program at anytime, any loyalty discounts will no longer be active and entitlements to the program's existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date on. Not Your Mamas Knives is not liable to inform the Loyalty program members of dissolution or closing the program in the event of such situation arises.

We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Loyalty program and its benefits or terminate your right of access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or NotYourMamasKnives.com.

Entry into Not Your Mamas Knives's Loyalty Program

To become eligible for the Not Your Mamas Knives Loyalty program a customer must become a registered account holder either by creating an account on our Internet site www.NotYourMamasKnives.com and clicking on the "Login" button/link. After clicking on the "Login" button customer will be prompted to enter their information in the New Customer form and following through all the steps of the registration process. Customer becomes eligible to use their level of the discount from their first order as a registered Not Your Mamas Knives account holder.

No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider / Internet / web site / use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Provided that the customer's e-mail settings do not prevent them from participating in the Loyalty program, they will also be entitled to receive additional, exclusive discounts and offer available only to the Loyalty program members! With every purchase the customer's status in the loyalty program grows, increasing their pre-set loyalty discounts. Moreover this will also increase and improve their exclusive additional discounts offers.

Discount Restrictions & Account Suspension

The Loyalty discount applies only to all regularly priced products and clearance items. Loyalty discount might also be eligible to be combined with some other promotional offers, to learn more carefully review the details of the specific offer.

E-mail Preferences

If the customer changes their e-mail setting to unsubscribe from our sales and promotional offers communications they are automatically suspended from participation in Not Your Mamas Knives loyalty discount program. This does not terminate customer's future participation in the program, if at a later date customer reinstates their discount and offer e-mail communication settings their status in the program will be restored at that time.

General Conditions

Customers will be automatically entered into Not Your Mamas Knives Loyalty program once they create a NotYourMamasKnives.com account and place their first order. Further, by accepting entrance into the loyalty points program, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Not Your Mamas Knives, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty discounts or participation in any Loyalty program related activity. This Program is void where prohibited by law. Not Your Mamas Knives reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Loyalty program; to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the web site, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Loyalty program at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Not Your Mamas Knives will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
