Not Your Mama’s Knives is the best knife site on the Internet. This was our first website and it is our baby. We love it. We work hard to make it better every day. We sell over 4300 different models of knives at any given time and we are always looking for more knives to add to the list.

What kind of knives do you sell?
Our selection consists primarily of pocket knives (folding knives, spring-assisted knives, automatic knives, butterfly knives as well as some multi tools, OTFs, and fixed blades). We carry knives made by Microtech, Protech, Bechmade, MOD, Kershaw, SOG, Lone Wolf, Piranha, Buck, and over 50 more.

Why should I buy a knife from you as opposed to some other seller?
Because we do our best to take care of you. That does not mean that everything is always perfect, it just means that we do all that we can and 99 out of 100 times we succeed.

What’s the quality like on the knives you sell?
That depends but to help you figure out if they are high quality or not we offer video reviews, customer written reviews, and our own reviews as well.

Order Status

Has my order shipped?
If you order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the status change and your UPS Tracking Number. You can also find the status of your order under your Account Information.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To make sure your information is safe we do not save your credit card information so you will need to create a new order to add more items. If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped please email us as soon as possible: store@notyourmamasknives.com.

How do I find my product?

Does your stock rotate?
Yes.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Orders over $1500 may be eligible for a discount. For more information, please contact customer service.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If the item is in stock we will allow you to purchase it.  If it is out of stock there is a VERY large banner that says in BIG BOLD letters "OUT OF STOCK".

It says "Special Order Only" what does that mean?
This simply means that we do not stock this item but we can easily get it for you. Simply purchase the item and we will get it on its way immediately nothing more is required.

It says "Back Ordered" what does this mean?
This simply means that we have ordered more of this item and though we do not have it yet due to the popularity of it and generally the difficulty in ordering we are selling what is coming on a first come first serve basis.
